My wife and I rented from Realty Central, Heather always made sure to take great care of us when applying for the rental, Carla was a wonderful lady to work with as well, the house we rented in woodmere didn't have any issues so we didn't need to ask for anything to be repaired or fixed, all in all, a great rental experience, highly recommend these professionals.

This company is evil and Heather was the worse property manager that weve ever dealt with. She was dishonest and allowed our yard to be flooded for over a month. There were mold issues in our rental that affected me and my children. They kept our deposit when we moved out, and still charged for damages that were already existing before we moved in just so they could get a Reno on our behalf. Theres so much more to this and Im open to discussing with anyone. I just want to share to spare any other family from dealing with what we had to deal with.
Ive seen families here complaining about not getting a chance to rent with them. Just thank God that they did not accept you. Heather was a slum lord. I was a realtor myself and I would caution anyone from working with her as a realtor either. If she lies and treats tenants badly, you shouldnt trust her with making one of the biggest decisions of your life. I have pictures and other documents to back up what Im saying, feel free to reach out!

My husband and I tried to rent from this company, even though we both have almost 800 credit scores and make over 3 times the rent and no evictions or anything that would stop us from being approved, we were not giving the opportunity to rent a specific home for whatever reason. (I definitely know the real reason.) When we inquired about the property we were told that someone was getting ready to move out in a few days, once the person had moved out, we were told that he was considering other people to rent the property. Still three weeks later, the house was on the market for rent so I had someone call and asked if it was available and he said yes and sent the person the application to complete. This is definitely discrimination. I called realty central with this issue and i was assured it wasnt what I was thinking (discrimination) and they would have the realtor over that property contact me as soon as possible which he never did. About 30 minutes later they immediately took the property off the market as if it wasnt available, then posted that home back on the market a few days later for it to be rented. Im glad I still have all my text messages from the communication I had about this home to prove everything Im saying! Its sad this day and age we still have to be discriminated against!!
