Elevation Bistro

We arrived in town and found this place and we were able to get a reservation the same night. We came with a family of 5 with 3 kids. The farm to table experience was a first and we loved it. The atmosphere, staff, and food were all amazing. Our kids even loved the food which is rare. Definitely would recommend this place.

My husband and I were celebrating our 28th anniversary and wanted to try the farm to table experience, Elevation did not disappoint! Living on the coast in Panama City Florida we werent sure about ordering seafood in the mountains. We started with the fried mushroom appetizer, our main dishes were snow grouper and the grilled shrimp, and had both desserts the pecan pudding was amazing as was everything we ate. The owner came out and chatted with us. Overall it was a great way to celebrate and close out our vacation. Oh and dont forget to call ahead and make reservations.

This is a great restaurant all locally sourced food. Menu changes upon availability. Our server was great! Kudos to the chef. He checked on us also and explained his menu choices Mussels were awesome!

Elevation is a quaint "Farm to Table" dining experience. Our meals were fantastic. Cocktails and eine were excellent. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend!

This place is Amazing! From service to food. We luckily made reservation at the end of hour and oh boy! Chef made everything to the order. Best mussels, shrimps spaghetti, fish, dessert. A must eat here when in Mentone
