        Failed and Ruined my Christmas 2022. POOR excuse of a Host. This company is not qualified to stand by their word. Just ask other "real Responsible Property managers" in the area. Situation: I confirmed prior to arrival this "cottage" lol would be safe and withstand the forecast of sub freezing conditions. This dim wit said yes. Upon the failed heat and no water ! He "evacuated ALL His Properties on Christmas Eve" without any Host guidance or suggestions. This guy is not a qualified host of anything. POOR Excuses of a business man. Minus 5 stars.
