      Good morning, sorry for your experience. We are a very small business trying to grow and unfortunately we only have one upholstery person who can quote. We have hundreds of calls a day and we do our best to get back to each customer in the order that they call/text. You are more than welcome to text pics in to 256-721-4200 which is the hub number and upholstery technician can respond to you.
