        Young kid with blond hair was asked to color match a piece of copper/brass material. Did not come remotely close to matching. Did not check the color after mixing and friend who purchased did not discover until she got home. I took back to the store and the kid was the only one there. He said he was told to use the closest match. Apparently he thinks that light peach and dark copper is a close match (of course he really did not know since he did not check after mixing). He has no customer service skills. Had no interest in resolving the issue. Could not return since I only had the card used to purchase in my apple wallet.

        My wife and I went In Saturday afternoon to get some paint didnt really know what to get and Mrs.Norma helped us choose the right paint and product, really appreciate her and recommend her 100%.

        I came in today and was very impressed by the employee that helped me. I needed to color match some paint. She was able to help me figure out what line of paint, sheen, and how to repaint a wall for touch ups. I would recommend anyone to come to Sherwin Williams. Especially if the young woman from 9-26 is there.

        Fantastic customer service. Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. They are pricier than I anticipated compared to Home Depot but the quality of product is better and the customer service makes it worth it in my opinion. Another perk is they set up an account for you, so your paint colors save in their system. Bryan also gave me a military discount! Will be coming here from now on.
