Very rude and unprofessional. 2 employees got upset about a customers complaint. 1 of the employees a man was doing my nails, once the woman states her complaint he started snatching my toes and half polishing my toes.

I absolutely hands down recommend this salon! Best nail salon from Decatur - fort Payne, jimmy has been doing my nails for over 6 years I believe, he is the absolute sweetest and best! He has always made me feel special when I come! They take the perfect time doing your nails or wax, I have never had a nail mess up, he is so good and knows exactly how I want my nails before I even have to say it! He can do a full set for me in under 50 mins! The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing! The prices are affordable! This nail salon has truly been the best since the opened! They have always done my nails perfectly thank you so so so much Jimmy & all hes staff!
