Ursula Madry made finding my first home a pleasant experience. Since I was a first time homebuyer, I was completely clueless. Ursula made sure to make this process as stress-free and pleasant as possible. Initially, she took down a list of my must-haves and literally sent me every home on the market that fit my list. With it being a sellers market, she made sure to explain home values to me and that I wouldn't just be purchasing anything. When we started visiting potential homes she would inspect from the ceilings down to the floors informing me of anything she saw that didn't seem right. Every encounter was pleasant and personal. I could tell she really wanted to find the perfect home for my family and I. I truly appreciate her honesty, knowldge, and most definitely her patience with me during this process. I already have referrals lined up for her.

Ursula was the best! My husband and I began our home search with limited knowledge, as we were first-time home buyers. Ursula was beside us every step of the way making sure we were informed and answering all of our questions no matter how silly they seemed. She never made us feel pressured and told us multiple times to take our time and that we'd know when we went into a house that was right for us. She was a great second set of eyes when we went to look at houses, as she would often notice things that we didn't know to watch out for. Ursula deserves more than five stars, and we'll for sure be looking her back up if we ever decide to upgrade from our starter home.

Ursula helped me out tremendously when I was searching for a home. Although it took me almost a year to find the perfect home I wanted, she was very patient and her assistance meant alot. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend her to anybody that's looking to buy a house.
