When we purchased our first home in Huntsville, Sean was the sellers agent. It was a quick closing and a smooth transaction. The Collective made buying and selling such a painless process. Brian Fourroux was our Realtor on the purchase of our home, and that went so well we asked him to be our transaction broker on the sale of another property. He never left us hanging, and the entire office staff was extremely friendly and informative (Michelle Lopez and Whitney Luther were so sweet and helpful). Brian in particular was very communicative, quick to respond, personable, and honestly fun! We can't thank him and his team enough for their help getting us settled. It's such a personal and sometimes overwhelming process and it's nice to feel like you're in good hands with someone who is willing to spend time explaining things and also has your best interest in mind. We even sent Brian some pictures of the interior after we moved in, we just felt he was so connected to the journey. Would definitely reach out again!

My husband and I worked with Sean and Stevi to find our first home, and we are so thankful for them!
