Ray of Sunshine When I am asked about my experience with Lighthouse Psychiatry, "Ray of Sunshine" is my first response. We were in need of urgent assistance, and I had already made several phone calls looking for help. By the time I got to Leah at Lighthouse I was pretty frustrated. While we were not able to be seen that day, I was able to schedule an appointment and get on the cancelation list. Leah was helpful and knowledgeable, she provided information that we could use that day. I am so thankful that Leah was our Ray of Sunshine on one of our darker days.

I was so happy and pleased with how well my first initial phone call went when I contacted Lighthouse Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. I was greeted on the phone by Leah. She was so kind and just an absolute joy to speak with. Since I was a new patient Leah help me with everything I needed to do and was very prompt on sending me all the information I needed to get scheduled for my first appointment. I received very quick responses to my emails which gave me peace of mind. My first appointment is scheduled and I look forward to meeting everyone.

I've been attending appointments with Angela back before they even opened this new location. I much preferred her to the cold and uncaring psych I was seeing before. Completely changed my psychiatric experience, and I would recommend anyone who needs psychiatric services to visit here. I've also always had pleasant experiences when calling or interacting with the front staff. No complaints whatsoever!

Katy is absolutely wonderful. She really and truly listens and works with the patient and concerned family members to make things right and do her absolute best for the patient. She is extremely knowledgeable about many different meds and she pays very close attention to when things go right as well as wrong, and she is quick to make changes, if necessary. I am so thankful our family found Katy!
