Wanted to add another driver for 2 months so could swap cars with daughter. Agent quickly affirmed that we could do this with permission, but without having to update our policy.

Over the past 12 years Earnest has been great as our insurance needs changed: bought a house, changed cars, bought new term life policies as our old ones expired, and so forth. Always helpful and more interested in understanding exactly what we needed than in upselling us. Then my wife died earlier this year and Earnest was very patient and helpful as I had to file a claim on her life policy and make changes to homeowners, auto, and my life policies. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs an insurance agent.
