We just moved into our new custom build Woodland home and I can't speak highly enough. The process was very quick and easy and our home is gorgeous! Our construction manager, Bradley, was absolutely phenomenal! He was super helpful and hands on the entire way and answered every question I asked in a kind and timely manner. Any issue I had was fixed promptly and to a higher standard than I had even anticipated! Everything was truly a great experience.

Nightmarish experience with this builder. Please stay away from Woodland homes. I kept believing them despite facing delays, poor workmanship etc. I was hopeful they would take care of the pending items on the 11 month walkthrough list but today they sent us an email telling us to sign papers that all items have been taken care of. I was like are they smoking weed or something? Not a single item was taken care of. Besides they kept changing the person taking care of the 11 month walkthrough list items forcing us to keep going in circles. Most frustrating builder and staff to work with. Theyll drain you totally. They are a big no no. Dont waste your time and money over this highly unprofessional builder. They have no respect for anyones time or money. Worst builder in town.

We signed a contract with woodland homes under Tracie at Bellawoods in Nov 2023. We are a family of 6 moving from Texas with a baby on the way and was told we would be in our house Aug/Sept. This experience with this company has been a nightmare. The communication is absolutely terrible, we came in town to do our selections in December and still havent gotten our final addendum. I wont even go into all the details of the mis communication at the design studio and when we realized in January there was no way they were gonna be on time with starting on the house we have tried to get our 50,000 earnest money back and they refuse!! They are CROOKS!! Do your research before signing anything with them!!! We expressed our need to be in the house Aug/Sept and were promised. I highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My rating has changed since closing. All was well until we "signed on the dotted line" so to speak. If you purchase your home from Woodland be sure to have a sales agent. I have nothing good to say about the warranty department and Kyle. Service: New construction services
