***RESPONSE***: My husband had an appointment on 2/22. With each appointment we set up the next one before leaving. Why would I schedule an appointment for 3/28 and cancel it the same day? If I recall correctly, when setting up for his next appointment on 2/22, they originally scheduled him for 3/28. However, we decided (with Kelly while we were still working on the appointment date) that 4/4 would be better. Which would explain the 3/28 cancellation on 2/22. Obviously, the 4/4 appointment never got saved in the system. I'm not sure what you are referring to as far as the profanity. I never spoke one curse word to the young girl and was never rude to her. I believe my husband said a** as were walking out the door, but he wasn't even directing that at her. I even asked the girl if Kelly was there thinking she would offer to go speak with her. She never once offered any kind of help. She just sat there dumbfounded. This whole thing could have been easily handled with better customer service, but instead, this is how we are treated. At least we know now how you really feel about your customers. My husband has been going here for at least 2 years now. He never missed or cancelled an appointment. After the way he was treated tonight he won't be back. Everyone BEWARE b/c they will just cancel your appointment at whim. When you show up for your scheduled appointment they will claim you don't have one and then will claim you cancelled it on such and such date. He nor I ever cancelled his appointment. I also know he is not the first person for which this has happened. The customer service at the front desk is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Hunter and Summer do my highlights and cut, and they do a great job! They also do my brow tinting. The salon is reasonably priced, and I highly recommend them.

Alexis is EVERYTHING. I have finally found my hair salon. Good parking, easy to get to. When you finally find that stylist THAT salon that just fits!!! Ahhhh it's heaven. Alexis, puts you at ease, she's fast but not too fast...you know what I mean?! Her consultation was filled with the right amount of suggestion and listening. I personally hate it when the stylist rushes you and is like. "Oh yeah I know what you want" then you come out of the chair looking like your mom! She understands if you have to take a work call or five! The salon is clean and they ALL make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Alexis y'all.
