        I am the owner of a company that has multiple cleaning services. Our company was called to service your facility a couple of days ago. The young lady Lydia, who was the POC for the company loved our services, so we sent a "Review Us" app to her phone. As fate would have it, my Operations Manager handed me the phone to give her further instructions on how to leave this review. To my surprise, the app was not working, and as a business owner I know how important reviews are especially a positive review for a small business such as mine that has to competes with larger ones. Anyway, Ms. Lydia wasn't going to give up. In all of those frustrating moments, she kept a pleasant and professional demeanor. Matter- of-fact, she was so delightful I wanted to leave a Google review on her, and to let you know that she adds value to your company. I expect my employees to give great customer service, such as she gave to me. Please let her know that I appreciated her kindness.
