Ive been a member for a few months. I am not really interested in using machines, since I prefer free weights. However, I have struggled getting hands on dumbbells or a barbell since joining Nov 23. I do appreciate the classes, which dont seem to be too crowded- unless you are taking one of 2 hot yoga classes on the weekends. The 5pm cycle is my favorite with Abria! Overall, if you can avoid going to the gym at peak hours you will have no problem getting parking, a locker, and a great workout.

At first I thought Phaze 3 was the best gym I have ever worked out at. After being there a year I have a new perspective. Although the facility is impressive the facility is severely overcrowded and there is not enough equipment to prevent long waits for the chance to use it. I would almost think it is over the allowed fire capacity. The machines are aging quickly due to the excessive use, with the grips never replaced. The equipment upstairs is just waiting space. The cardio theatre should be converted to another weight room. Housekeeping almost seems non existent. Only ever see one person once in a while for a huge place. The gym rules are not enforced. People who have no business making videos are making them. They are not allowed to film there but no workers say or do anything. Gym bags are used to reserve equipment. Vaping occurs in the facility and nothing is done. I would say maybe 20% really are there to work out while the rest just hog the equipment while talking or playing candy crush on their phones. Ownership/management could do a lot to improve the place but there doesnt seem to be any care or enforcement of the club rules. I would say 10% just walk right in past the front desk and dont even have a membership. Lastly out of all the gyms I have been apart of only one person there - the guy who looks like AC Slater is friendly and will talk to you.
