Alabama Credit Union

Cant get your own money out this bank in a timely manner. Takes 1.5 or 2 hours for a call back and when you call and verify your transactions you are placed on hold. Service is sorry and I feel since this Credit Union Merged there is no urgency to treat individuals who have been faithful with the merge from Tuscaloosa Credit Union to Alabama Credit Union with respect!! Have been waiting 7 business days for a Cashiers Check out of my account when I followed the steps online with the teller. There are some sorry people that work there!! Customer of over 20 plus years

It is absolutely impossible to speak with an employee. When you call you wait on hold for hours or it gives you the option to request a callback and no one ever returns the call. Im 100% certain that if I were to miss a monthly loan payment someone from ACU would be blowing my phone up. Its ridiculous that Im considering sacrificing my credit score just to speak with someone from ACU. This is NOT customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would. Dude working the drive thru wouldnt let me deposit a check as I have for a literal decade- drove to a different branch, and had no issues. We will be closing our account and moving banks. Train your staff ACU and how about train the drive thru guy how to have a sliver of customer service knowledge before throwing him to the wolves.
