It says the store opens at 10:00 but nobody is there and the doors are locked? What the hell's going on this used to be my favorite Metro to come to and it's went way downhill. Maybe higher employees that actually show up for work.

Google showed they opened at 9, door says they open at 10, waited til 10:15 and nobodys opened the store yet, sitting here waiting all morning

They convinced me to buy their flagship phone (the Revvl) and it was a piece of junk that could barely complete a call; that's on me for not reading the reviews first, I guess, but when we went back to return it (and activate the other phone I'd ordered online) there were several people in the store and we probably waited an hour and a half before being helped. There are two chairs in the entire store, so we were standing for the majority of the time. A couple of the other customers walked to Target and back for a drink while we were waiting, if that gives you any indication. It was an overall frustrating and stressful process that I hope never to repeat. It's too bad because the last phone I got in one of their stores (Samsung Galaxy s10e) was amazing. I don't recommend buying a phone in-store unless you've already done your research, and definitely don't get the T-Mobile brand, no matter how hard they try to convince you - I'm pretty sure they get an extra commission for selling their brand.
