        I asked for a medium fade leaving most of my hair on top. Ended up with a high and tight. He certainly understood when I told him but seemed to ignore my request. Also, scratched my neck up pretty bad with the trimmers then sprayed alcohol directly at my neck and face out of a spray bottle. Certainly wont be back.
