        I just left the bank after opening a new account online. I almost have no words for Seans attitude and behavior towards me. Like I was some sort of inconvenience to him. Im already regret opening my account. I hope someone sees this.

        This branch is stealing money from customers. The capture source (00010062) shows that it was this location. The customer lives in a different state yet withdrew money out with a teller. The news stations will be contacted since this branch doesn't know how to answer the phone. Do not work with this branch.

        Walked in to a branch 2 hours before closing asking to complete a simple change to an account. There was enough time for someone to tell me there was no one to help me but this was also the same person that walked in and out to the parking lot 3 times during the 10 minutes I was there. I also saw another so called banker walking around aimlessly. I have been with Wells Fargo for close to 20 years and expected better customer service for loyalty. I think it is time to move on....
