        Apparently, there are new employees at this location that lack professionalism, knowledge of company policy and/or the ability to effectively communicate information. Unfortunately, I dont have her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag and she refused to give me her name or the managers name. My her experience with her reminds me that often times when people dont know the answer to something, theyd opt to deflect or have an attitude instead. Ignorance is never an excuse for poor attitudes.
