It is difficult (feels impossible) to reach someone whether it be a property manager, or the corporate office. I have put in an application for a sibling who is low income and homeless. Every day counts when it comes to low income housing, however the residents are often treated in a less than professional manner because the demand for the housing is so high. First, when I requested qualifying guidelines in person and via email, I was not given this. My sibling has a special set of circumstances in which it would be helpful to know the approval process in terms of what is allowed for background check and credit. Secondly, I called 2 days later to inquire on the status of the application and was told she was just starting it. Since then, almost 2 weeks ago, I have called, emailed, and left voicemails inquiring on the status. As a last resort I reached out to the corporate office at this number and there is no one to answer the phone. I dialed every extension with no answer. As a former tax credit manager, I find this totally unacceptable. I won't get into the condition of the property as beggars can't be choosers but an applicant must have full disclosure of rental qualifications and employees should do the minimum which is to return calls and emails in a reasonable amount of time. It makes me wonder, if she is in fact declined, if it will be for a valid reason, or due to the fact that they do not want to deal with me because I am not of the same persuasion as many in the community. Fair housing is of utmost importance in this industry and it is not feeling very fair right now

I cant get in contact with anyone. And no one ever calls back!!! This place has horrible customer service!
