        My Peterbilt threw a fault code for the transmission as I was sitting in line at a nearby truck wash. I called a towing company for roadside assistance and they referred me to Pit Row for assistance. Mr Mike tried helping me over the phone to begin with being it was Sunday morning. After a couple hours of trying to find the issue myself I called and Mr Mike arrived he discovered the problem with ease. Im so thankful for there still being good honest folks in this world. My sincerest gratitude to Pit Row for your assistance and treatment.

        Horrible place, poor customer service, not professional, owner, she has a bad attitude, asked questions about the invoice, was met with attitude and sarcasm. Said they completed the service, but the same issue is going on. Im looking at the ELD and the same fault code is there. I wouldnt trust them. Dont worry that same energy go come back to them 10xs more. Hope they ready for it.
