        I've been with Regions for 20+ years. The location in Lincoln for 10. In Lincoln, they know me and I know them. Always friendly, helpful and courteous. Recently my debit card was hacked, within minutes of my noticing a strange charge pending, my card was canceled, a new one ordered and the process of getting my money returned was started! My money was refunded within a short time, my new card arrived in 4 days! This started on a Saturday night, super service on a weekend! I highly recommend Regions for being a great full service bank.

        The Black lady at the drive thru window today was NOT friendly. She didn't say hello, how may I help you, thank you, NOTHING! I guess maybe this is why some think this World can be operated by Robots, because today's visit there was equivalent to just that feeling.
