Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This was on Easter day. So it was extremely crowded. The food was great, and they had things very well organized in order to handle a big crowd. However, there was food on the floor because they didn't have enough people who could clean and sweep and react to spills. The table was sticky because it was not properly cleaned from the prior guests. The waitress wiped the table but still you could clearly see that there was bread and food on the floor in different places throughout the eating area. This was a very busy time in their defense, but cleanliness is one of the mainstays of the Cracker Barrel brand, in my opinion, but on this particular day they failed.

We were there last night and for the second time they were "out" of items on the menu. ( white fish). It was not late. I feel like if your going to have a limited menu that you should at least order enough of those things which you have on your minus. Someone needs to learn how to do a truck order. I ended up just eating a potato. Dietary restrictions: I have high blood pressure and can only eat certain foods.
