Eddie Bauer Outlet

I have always been a big fan of Eddie Bauer clothing. It is simple, comfortable and casual. They sell lots of outdoor materials and outer ware. When I came in last night there was a lot of sales going. Everything was between 20%-50% off. I am a shopper and I love finding the best deals ever. Though my partner is not. I was trying to find so,etching for both him and myself, however he wanted to rush me. So I did wind up leaving empty handed. I did notice that the Women's section was full of color and flourished, but the men's section was lack luster. There was barely anything in the men's section but the women's section had just about everything. Overall, I love Eddie Bauer, the brand is great, comfortable quality clothing. I would like to see more selection in the men's section, but for women there is tons.

My brother and his family sent my family gifts for Christmas. I have never been inside an Eddie Bauer store before. Not sure if its this store or all stores but they do not give store credit. I had a gift receipt but had to browse the store for other merchandise to do an exchange. The womens side goes up to 2XL but their clothes dont fit me correctly. Most of the 2XL sizes are extremely short in the arms and torso. Most of their shirts/sweatshirts remind me of cropped shirts which is not a flattering look for me. The store itself is really clean and organized. The employees are friendly too.

Worst customer service. They ripped me off and told me to call customer service. Called customer service and they said sorry but you need to email.
