        Customer service sucks since as the females left. I had an Iphone XR screen fixed and the password was tried so many times until IPHONE UNAVAILABLE was displayed. They didnt even ask for the password, which we knew. Unfortunately, the phone had to be reset and the things that wasnt backed up she lost. Yet they were so quick to suggest we purchase another Iphone.

        My grandson's cell phone was run over by a truck. The screen and back of the phone was cracked. We took the phone in and they replaced the screen the same afternoon. They were super busy, but quickly took care of everyone. I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. The store is in Cherry Valley Shopping Center. It's an old shopping center and the store front isn't sparkling, but if you need great service this is the place for you.
