        They have the rudest people at the front desk. I was hung up on after asking about their policies. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and got the same lady who told me that her phone was ringing off the hook and she didnt have time to talk. I called back a third time and she said she was the office supervisor and acknowledged hanging up on me. I asked who I needed ti call to file a complaint and she said that I would have to take it up with the Dr when they call me back and then hung up while I was still talking to her.

        Remember going here myself as a child , they've always had the best staff that fact still remains. But it's so outdated and it feels almost terrifying I could imagine as I take my kids there to be cared for because it looks so ancient there is no TV playing for the kids as they used to do that. Just magazines and waiting . the wait is terrible. But overall great staff and great attitudes. As all of my other points can be improved or just make sure you bring entertainment for your children
