They have one person working daily. Terrible customer service and be prepared to wait 30 minutes.

I let a elderly lady use my phone number to call Spectrum due to she had no phone and now they have associated my phone number with her account calling it a buck agreement which is false.I only have my account!I have tried to get this resolved to no help!!I will not be responsible for any one else's bill but my own!!I consider this a privacy problem!!Everytime I call to pay my bill it brings up the lady who lives elsewhere. Also this lady has had her own Spectrum cell phone so why is it still saying a bulk account???I will be contacting someone else about this ongoing issue and problem with your way of handling the situation as I have tried twice to resolve this issue and I know the lady called last year to remove my phone number from her own account...and we are in another year and still happens every time I call to pay my bill!!! I never signed up for a bulk agreement so stop associating myself or my cell number with someone else!!!A big privacy concern!!!! Beware or it can happen to you and nothing gets fixed!! By the way is her Spectrum cell phone associated with my account???Privacy Concern!!!
