The people in this store go ubove and beyond to help. I bought a recliner with no warranty. And when it broke 5 years later they fixed it for free. Love this store!

This is my second time dealing with badcock the first time had no problem paid them off and bought a rug for 147.00 dollars on clearance and it was no tax day left the store oweing 147.00 dollar's gets my bill in the mail 247.00 dollars they are not telling you about a 99.00 annual fee Never Again Badcock People Before You Buy Make sure You Ask About The Annual Fees Because You Will Be Stuck With It

If I could give -5 stars I would. Bought a reclining electric love seat and bought the extended warranty 2 yrs later in March of 23 the right side broke we called and they sent a repairman in April, who looked at it, and said it needed parts which he ordered in April. We were told could take upto 90 days. Meanwhile, it shipped to badcock in May. Noone called so we wanted the full o0 days. Then went and picked up the supposed correct part. Fast forward 5 weeks and the repairman comes out. Then tells us it's the wrong part that badcock gave us. Now they have to find our part and if they can't we have to reorder and wait several more months to try again. It seems this company his run by idiots. I will never buy from them again. I advise everyone to look else where for furniture because Badcock is terrible.
