I ordered a spray of spring flowers on a stand yesterday for a family members funeral. I specifically stated that I wanted a mixture of spring flowers with red roses and white lilies, daisys and the other colors outlined in a photo posted on Melissas Flowers website that I specifically pointed out and specifically told the person over the phone that I wanted this same mixture of flowers but instead of a red bow, to use a houndstooth bow. But instead, I received a spray of YELLOW roses, white lilies and the rest was basically greenery and the yellow roses had petals falling off when you touched them and some of the the roses were turning brown on the edges. Below is a side by side picture of what I thought I was getting versus what I actually got for $175 plus tax and the delivery fee. I will not be using Melissas Flowers again!
