        There's no where to talk to them in private. The waiting area is to small. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. And they weren't very friendly.

        My family has had insurance with this company since the 1960's. My grandfather passed away 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a headache dealing with them. Families have so much to do when a loved one passes away, it shouldn't be this difficult and time consuming to file your claim.
