        Called about a court case witch the decent is now dead. Was told they'd advise the courts, but I kept getting notices. When i called i was told it's ok, they'll tell the court that day since the lawyer needs to be in court anyway. Thanks to them I was getting updating notices STILL. The person died unexpectedly, I really didn't need to keep getting more negative notices. Felt it was very disrespectful considering, we were already grieving as it is.

      We did speak with Mrs. Goldberg-Naylor regarding the court notices. At that time we notified her we would, in turn, notify the court of the defendant’s death, and then did file the necessary documents to have him removed from the docket. Court notices are sent as a courtesy to Defendants for their upcoming court dates. We are sorry to hear of the Defendant’s passing, however, there was no intent by the Court or Ellis Law Firm, LLC, to mean any disrespect to Ms. Goldberg-Naylor or the Defendant’s family.
