Pamela was nothing shy of spectacular to work with while selling my home. I literally spent 3 weeks talking with many different realtors and had 5 come to my house. I chose Pamela because she was professional, got out of the vehicle gave me her card, Introduced herself was just 5 minutes late, but called to tell me she would be 5 minutes late, just very, very professional. She took over a 100 pictures of my very small home along with pictures show casing the property and put together a package that presented it very well. She negotiated the offer and got me full ask price and buyers to pay all of their closing costs. In the course of 30 plus years, I've done 8 homes. I've had my fair share of experiences with realtors and I would without a doubt consider her to be the best realtor that I had ever worked with. Would totally recommend her not to mention she's got a great personality she is an upbeat person. She's a lot of fun, As for me, she made a stressful experience the best it could be. I'm grateful to have found her and will choose her if given an opportunity in the future. A fantastic lady. You won't be disappointed!

Pam's knowledge and diligence in finding an investment property for me was outstanding. At one home, the floor gave way and she went right through to the bottom floor. After scaring the witts out of me, she was determined to continue looking at more houses even though she was bruised up pretty badly. I could definitely tell she is passionate about what she does. Pam also steered my business partner and I away from a very bad deal that she instinctively knew would be a bad investment. Turns out she was right! I would highly recommend Pamela Partain if you are looking for a dedicated, honest and hard working Realtor to be on your side.
