Redid a damaged gas line. We had a bit of a miscommunication on how the piping was to be done but the issue was resolved. Can't ask for much more. Appreciate the service. I would use him again.

Took precautions with the frigid forecast and was making coffee when my water stopped. I thought the well pump had frozen, no obvious signs of burst pipes. Asking for recommendations on What's happening in Lincoln's Facebook page, Still Water was recommended. I messaged Still Water. They replied quickly and I decided to schedule an appointment. I was thrilled to get an appointment the next day. Gunner called to let me know he was enroute. He arrived and started to check out my pump, I thought I had turned off the power to it, but the breakers weren't marked,so he asked to look at the breaker box. He found a breaker that wasn't fully flipped and flipped. Within minutes he turned on the faucet and I had water! I was worried about my hot water heater and he tested it also. I have hot and cold water. He was straight up honest, it was just the breaker. With the neuropathy in my hands I couldn't feel the looseness in the switch. He didn't try and jack up his fee and I was charged the basic fee! I told him about another plumbing issue and will schedule an appointment as soon as he has time. His integrity impressed me. Gunner was very polite and friendly even petted my dog, she whined for his attention. Finding a professional with honesty and fair fees is hard. I highly recommend Still Water for their knowledge of well pumps and plumbing fixtures. I have confidence and feel secure that they will do an excellent job for my future needs. Thank you Gunner! I called Still Water again for a persistent leak in my shower. I needed to update my fixture for the hot and cold water control. Again Gunner did a wonderful job! He showed me examples of faucet handles etc. The new ones are just perfect and no more dripping hot water!

I highly recommend Gunner and his company, he is very knowledgeable and very neat with his work. He was able to work with us and our schedule, he was very professional and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use him again for other plumbing needs in the future.
