Great Food, Amazing staff, charging a service fee for a card is complete trash. I dont want to hear about operating costs, how the card services charge you a fee, or any of the excuses. You dont have to charge it, but you choose to. If your margins are that tight you need a consultant not a CC service charge. Charging a CC service fee is the restaurant equivalent of budget airlines charging for a carry on.

Today I had the Reuben sandwich. I highly recommend it. Came with fries and was great. Service was good but they only had two servers there at lunch time. When you're shorthanded like that it creates stress on the team.

I went with a group of 11 people (including kids) and called ahead about 20 minutes before we got there. It is St. Patricks day, so we expected it to be busy. However, we waited 2.5 hours to get our food. We decided to stay since we were enjoying our time together. I brought snacks and games for the kids while we waited. My dish arrived cold, and a 15% gratuity was included on the receipt without me choosing. Entered a packed parking lot and left with almost no one at the restaurant. Im glad for the good company I had to pass the time.
