Outstanding Customer Service! Matt - the manager - and Austin were very friendly and technically competent. Worked to get 4 new tires installed during 4th of July weekend before a road trip. Would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone.

My car stalled on me twice on my way to Jacksonville so the nearest auto mobile repair shop was Express Oil Change. I was frantic and scared as most women are when it comes to their cars. I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming crew of mechanics ready and willing to help me. I told them what was going on with my car and they right away started running tests trying to diagnose what was going on with it. I'm sure they've seen their share of nervous women coming in frantic about their cars but they treated me with respect and I appreciate that. After all of their tests Matt come and sat with me and explained things to me- he didn't just tell me across the room or across the counter, he came and sat down and talked to me- that meant a lot...I really like this place and I recommend it very highly...they have good people working there and that makes all the difference...5 big stars...

If I could rate them "10" I would. As a lady traveling out of state it was a disaster having issues on the road on a Saturday. Not only did Matt say come on over when I described my problem, he and his team had it fixed and me out the door in less than 30 minutes and I didn't have to take out a loan to do it. Their motto should be: We aim to please. Thank you!
