I bought a home from this real estate agency earlier this year (2023). I lived in Idaho and could not afford to fly down here to visually inspect the home prior to buying. If I had I would NOT have bought this home. I was constantly asked by my mortgage lender to get in contact with my realtor as she would not return their calls or emails involving documents that they needed, that at 2 different times was on the last day of the deadline to have them. We were NOT informed by our realtor that the previous owner had left a large pile of rotted boards from their "fixed" part of the porch that had rusty nails sticking out of all of them just a couple feet from 2 porch stairwells. We were also not made aware of the amount of black mold all throughout the home nor of the tens of thousands of dead bugs, roach/mouse poop that littered the entire home. We were also unaware that the sellers had a bonfire in front of the detached garage and burned pile of trash including a fake Christmas tree (those things have hundreds of rusty wires) that was just left there. So imagine our shock when we pulled into the most unkept driveway ever to see all this after driving for 5 days. Do NOT trust anything that these people say. We received a text from the realtor stating that we need an inspection and that she would get back with us later that day with how much it would cost. Instead, she called to tell us that the previous buyers (that sell fell through) had already paid for one and the sellers had "fixed" all issues and we wouldn't need an inspection done. Now here is where I messed up in trusting this woman. To this day I have not seen this "report" and not without trying. How this person missed a very evident leaky kitchen faucet and the pipes under the sink, how this person missed a 3/4" pvc pipe that was consistently draining water into the crawlspace is beyond me. The realtor had not bothered to inform us of who we needed to talk to to get water/electricity/gas/trash setup. We also had no idea this home had a septic tank that turns out to never have been I tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with the broker and never received a call back. Since I never got a callback I asked the lady who answered the phone if the broker was in the office and was told yes, so I drove 45 minutes to the office and heard people behind the door until I knocked and it went silent. The door had also been locked. What I've listed is less than half of the issues that this house has. I can't resell this house at all unless I want to move into an apartment and never be able to buy another home with all the massive expenses it will take to get this neglected home fixed to sell with any kind of a profit. I was completely mislead into buying this home. Let this be a warning to anyone trying to buy around here.
