        Renting rooms from 30 yr old motel. No renovations. Bathroom was flooded from maintenance neglect. Working 12 hrs to return &change rooms. Tv had 10 channels, same show on 5 channels. Wallpaper peeling halfway up wall. $450 a wk for $200 rm.
