This company sits and watches for single women to park and walk off and they immediately back up to their car. My sister was delivering to a student at USA and was only out of her car for 2 minutes and came back to find them there. There were 2 men and it was just her. She was so afraid she called 911 and asked if they would stay until the men drove off. Only after she paid the $250 fee. This company is known for this type of bullying and targeting of women

Yes they did not see me parking pass on dash so they towed to different town Abd apparently he is only one that can release car. For 250 cash. I contacted mayor office. Will see if this is legal

My MS college son stayed with an AL college friend Friday night. He parked in an original visitor spot, which we’re told now is no longer a visitor spot; however, there is nothing in the spot (that visitors are used to parking in) to say it’s no longer a visitor parking spot. The word “visitor” is blacked out on the pavement, but what teenager sees that at 10pm. As my son parked, a tow truck driver watched him get out. Guess what, when my son walked inside the apartment, the tow truck driver got his truck. Instead of simply saying, you can’t park there. He charged a struggling college student $290 to get his truck the next day. My husband called to get the details. Keep in mind, the truck is actually in my husband’s name. He asked how my son would know not to park there. He was hung up on!! My son said he saw the tow truck going in and out of the parking lot constantly. I’ve also read other complaints. Apparently, they prey! Money making scam at its finest!!! We will be getting legal advice tomorrow. I’ve been I touch with other victims. It seems none of us were charged the same amount, but we were all in the same location and towed by the same company. Discrimination?! No one was given a receipt and all forced to pay cash. Tax fraud?! The average tow is $125 for 10 miles. I was charged $290. Price gauging?!
