This is an honest review, the others are mostly positive due to the fact they are advertising a 250$ gift card to Publix giveaway . So others are kind of bias , but moving on . Heres is a pros and cons list Pros: Publix across the road Left alone by management mostly Maintenance is always taken care of with a sense of urgency Close to the interstate Well built homes Cons No side walks in front of the houses to walk dogs or take walks Horribly priced houses Small back yards and the larger yards are terrible over priced Cheap appliances in the kitchen ( at least for the rent they want ) Largest Con overall RENT These houses are horribly overpriced, you can find better for sure which is why I dont recommend them . The rent also increased after our first year , pretty ridiculous to be honest since theyre already asking more for which the houses are worth . They charge Vestavia / Mtn Brook prices for these homes . The appliances inside , & just the overall materials used to build the homes are extremely cheap . In conclusion , if you can afford it and absolutely need to stay in this area its fine for what it is . But if you dont have to then Id definitely recommend against it . They need better appliances in the houses or cheaper rent . Both if miracles were real

My sister and I moved to The Heights in May after graduating from the University of Alabama and it has exceeded our expectations. They are very quick and thorough when addressing maintenance requests and overall just make the living experience stress free. While living in The Heights, we have enjoyed bingo night at the clubhouse, happy hours by the pool, food trucks, and a pumpkin patch. On Nov.1st a Publix opened next door and has made living here even more perfect. Fairin Realty truly cares about their residents (and fur residents ) and does an amazing job at making this community inviting, safe, and comfortable. Living in The Heights is truly an elevated experience!

We love the heights! Its so nice to have a community and a nice gym and pool and people who maintain your yard and provide maintenance whenever you need it (rarely)! Everything is so clean and the community feels so safe and happy! We love going home to the heights!!
