        I was NOT impressed. First of all I had a 11am appt. but could not get in the door to fill out the application. It's seems like a PRISON out in the middle of nowhere UP on a big hill. Not worth 622.00 per month. no gas station, store, etc. near by. And they want to much information from you as if you are interviewing for a JOB. Had to wait at the front door for a Manager to open it even though there was a CALL button that did'nt work. And why do they need a receipt from an ATM with your balance on it ?? And the MANAGER said she could not show me the Apt. cause they are painting. Really ? They just BUILT this place barely a year ago and it already needs PAINTING ?? Creepy looking to me. No thanks.

        The main function of my job is to locate affordable housing for clients in Jefferson, Blount and St. Clair counties, so I'm pretty familiar with the market. I've placed 3 people at Abbington and they couldn't be happier. Pam Ford, the property manager is wonderful. She's caring, professional, helpful, friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance man is great too. He's helpful knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The property is gorgeous, professionally-decorated, immaculate and is located in a quiet, convenient and safe neighborhood. Abbington is upscale and very affordable.
