        I am disappointed. I placed an order and received the wrong item. So I either have to take a gift card or be charged to return an item I did not order. I dont think this is fair. I ordered this item to wear for Mothers Day.

        This is NOT a review on the store but on the company itself. In the last few years they have changed their shipping policy charging astronomical fees. I was on the site which was "jumping" and inadvertently placed an order. I IMMEDIATELY called customer service. Received no answer. It was Memorial Day-even though the site says open 24/7/365. Called numerous times-no answer. Called the next morning. Rep said order was "In process" and advised to call credit card company. I did but the order processed regardless. Once the order was received I called to do a return. Explained to 3 reps. They wanted me to pay $24.99 on initial shipping AND $10.99 for return. Last supervisor said all he could do was send a RA with free shipping. This took over an hour of my time. Company formerly had good quality at a good price with good customer service. Well, no more! I have shopped online and in store for over 20 years and have no intentions of patronizing them or any of the other dozen brands under their umbrella.
