I would love to be able to give this company more stars, as everyone I have dealt with has been super nice and helpful. However, my overall experience was not that fantastic. We hired them to do extensive Sheetrock repair and painting in the aftermath of a major plumbing reroute. First of all they charged for many things they did not do specifically tarping, taping, and moving items. I will say for the most part their Sheetrock work was very professional. The painting portion on the other hand, not so much. They got paint on the blinds, trim, light fixtures, floor, etc The site supervisor was very responsive when I sent him photos but unfortunately issues continued to arise. After the plumber they used reinstalled our toilet incorrectly, and it leaked all over the floor, we ended up calling it quits and decided to finish the work ourselves. Service: Painting

I want to start out by saying, I have had a lot of experience with contractors as a homeowner. Rick-N-Ball has exceeded expectations and stand on top above the rest. We hired Rick-N-Ball to do a complete gut out and remodel of 3 bathrooms. Rick-N-Ball did a terrific job. Not only did they do a great job, but the experience also working with them was fantastic as well which is just as important to me.
Mike Haught, the project manager, was such a polite, punctual, and down to earth guy. Mikes communication was excellent, and he would note down every detail of the project. During the entire project, I know I could give Mike a call and he would be more than happy to give me the time needed to discuss things. Mike always made sure things were done right and on schedule. I could go on and on saying good things about Mike. He was exactly everything you need a project manager to be.
When it got to tiling the bathroom, Rick-N-Balls tile/flooring guy, Jeremy Marshall, was outstanding to work with and very informative throughout the tiling process. Before tiling, Jeremy would go through the tiling plan to ensure it is correct, express concerns, and use his expertise to walk through any suggestions. He would always say my job is to make you happy, and he did just that. Jeremy was awesome, and I appreciate him being as thorough as he was to make sure it was done right the first time. If anything did arise that needed attention, I know I could count on him to come over and fix anything we needed. When the bathrooms were done, Jeremy and his team finished with an incredible product, and we couldnt be happier. Just look at the photos!
Rick-N-Ball is an absolute asset to the Huntsville and North Alabama area. They will now be my go-to contractor when the job is too big for me to take on myself. I would not hesitate to give them a call in the future. Thank you, Rick-N-Ball! Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing

Malik, Travis, Kevin and everyone we have worked with have been professional, knowledgeable, prompt and so friendly through an otherwise stressful plumbing/flooding experience. We highly recommend them!

I have to give credit wher it is owed. Mike and John pma was phenomenal!! They are the sweetest group of guys ever. So professional and was easy to accommodate. They have bem simply awesome!!!
