        Broker had appt time at 6am. Get to security gate at 5:45 am, older lady working security says we dont open til 7am. So i wait til 6:50, pull up to gateshe comes out and says i said 7am!l dang, sorryi didnt know 10 minutes was a big issue. She was rude! Anywayyou need your tandems to the back (security dont tell you) and disconnect from trailer (security also dont tell u that) your pickup numbers will start with 20000 and you like 4 or 5 of them! Good luck!

        Guy in office had a bit of attitude but all and all was pretty good pickup since was loaded 3 hrs earlier then apt time. When you pull in the gate stay way to the right and you knew both the plate # of truck and trl when you check in
