Excelsior Studios

Contracted Excelsior in December of 2021. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since then. I have emailed, texted and left multiple voice-mails. I've also messaged them on multiple social media platforms only to ne blocked. 9 months later I have not heard from them.

I hired the owner to video our wedding. She requested we pat upfront and sent an invoice. A full payment of 800 was made. She attended the wedding and filmed the entire day. She had all of the guest record special messages for us as well as a surprise. It has been almost 5 months and after numerous attempts by phone call, email, text, social media platforms we have been ignored and now blocked from contacting her to get out video. Since this has happened we have read numerous reviews that this is a common theme with this company to take your money and produce no product then block from contacting. I do not recommend anyone to use them. Not only did we lose money but memories from our wedding day.

We booked excelsior studios to cover an event in December 2021. Eight months later we have not heard back from them. They were very responsive during the booking and the photographers were amazing but to this day we have not seen any photos or videos. We can't even get a call back.

I have had the pleasure of working with Laura Ann Heaton Gray and Excelsior Studios on several short films she directed. Laura Ann is very creative and has considerable experience with acting, writing, directing, and producing. Her experience in multiple industry aspects helps the project come together from a creative and managerial perspective. Laura Ann is such a people person! She's always reaching out to others who need help completing their projects and is very well connected. Laura Ann has personally opened so many doors for me, which I'm very thankful for.
