Very good option for having small imports havent tried anything large through this port but very friendly and helpful staff. Only things I can suggest are: - Ask for your package sizes before you go to be sure you have a large enough vehicle - Ask for clear instructions on where to go to pick up paperwork to be able to pick up your package

Delivered my item two days early. Driver called me 90 minutes before delivery. Couldn't be happier with the driver and the office staff. Great customer service.

I wouldn't work for this company and when you can report them to the DOT. One of their drivers missed their exit and instead of driving around jumps over a lane and literally cuts another truck out of his lane into another and kept pushing them over because she felt like she could drive anyway she wanted and doesn't have to answer to anyone and I for one have videotaped it and the license plate and the person driving and will file a federal complaint against this carrier for putting intentional dangerous drivers behind the wheel of a truck. This person literally almost killed three people and didn't stop. Luckily I was able to get a picture of the license plate of this person. Do not do business with R&L carriers. They are dangerous!
