Just took my books over from penny savers having them the last five years and oh what a mess also just received letter from irs thousands of dollars in penalties and interest if you are doing business here my advice is to run not walk away.

First thing, every bookkeeper, accountant, or CPA has their own interpretation of how to record things based on what information is given. Second thing, the thousands of dollars that you have received in penalties and interest is from not paying quarterly taxes to offset your amount of profit earned at the end of the year which you must pay taxes on through your own personal income taxes.Third thing, I keep books for a couple of million-dollar companies who I work with CPA's at the end of the year to fulfill doing the Corporate taxes. They have no issues with the way that things are recorded to prepare the taxes.Fourth thing, before you start slamming someone you might want to really look in your own house for how things are done.
