        I filed last year and my taxes were filed incorrectly. My taxes were international and I met the qualifications, but was filed under Self-employment and that mistake was never rectified. I was told the change would be made and the error corrected because I had to pay close to $900 in taxes. Now that I was released from my job abroad and the mistake was not corrected I was unable to get the relief of $1200. That is the only reason I am now posting about the experience. So if you want a tax firm to cost you over $2000 dollars I guess this is the place to go.

        We have had nothing but excellent customer service from Ms. Wanda. Even though we have moved out of state, we still get our taxes done with her every year. She is very knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to work with!

      Warren that is very untrue and you know that. All processes are spoken on before services are finished. You even sign stating that you understand. You’ve been a client for a few years not only that. You once’s worked with my husband and their was a difference in your fees then as well. I asked you if you would like to pay the $185 upfront, you stated you wanted the fees to come out of your refund. I stated that the fees are higher if you do it this way and you continued with services as well as signed all your documentation and received records of what u signed and we completed for you.
