        This place operates under the competent hand of Cathy Miller. This umbrella agency for all United Way funded charities serves a large population and does so extremely well. I have been consistantly impressed with the professionalism of the Board and Management. There are very few charitable agencies which are managed as well as United Way of Madison County.
