They help you pick the right lock that's the best recommended storage unit for you. Mitchel that works at Public Storage on Drake Ave. Huntsville, AL He is Great!! He helped us out with things that We needed when we moved in for our Storage Unit at the time! Mitchel is nice and friendly to talk to!

        I've been a customer at this location for a number of years. After another recent price increase, I was feeling priced out of budget. The manager Mitchell was amazing and helped me lower my cost where I can keep the storage. Great customer service
