      Hi Jeffrey. We're sorry to hear that there was some misunderstanding of the First Month Free promotion on your rental. This promotion means your first month's rent is free of charge, although there is still the administration fee, insurance if applicable, and tech fee. The administration fee is a one-time per unit set up fee, while the tech fee and insurance are monthly charges. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding, and hope that the rest of your experience with us so far and moving forward prove to be 5-star! Let us know if there are any other questions you have.
